The Team

My name is Ka'Nethia Garvin, I’m a U.S. Army veteran and a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with over 7 years in the medical field. I started Veteran Entitlement because I know firsthand how confusing and frustrating the VA process can be. Too many veterans get underrated simply because they don’t know how to present their conditions the right way.


With my medical background, I’m able to break down records, connect the dots, and build claims that actually reflect what’s going on. I handle everything on the back end so you’re not stuck trying to figure it out alone.

I charge a one-time fee of $500. This fee is 100% money-back guaranteed if I’m unable to secure at least a 20% rating increase after all options are exhausted (New/Increase, Supplemental, and HLR)

Your main responsibility is to attend your appointments. I handle the paperwork, filings, and preparation so you’re not trying to figure it out on your own.

VA timelines vary, but most claims can take a few months depending on the type of claim and VA processing times. I make sure everything is submitted correctly to avoid unnecessary delays.

A C&P (Compensation & Pension) exam is the VA’s evaluation of your condition. Yes, I provide detailed exam prep guides so you know exactly how to explain your symptoms in a way that aligns with VA standards.

No one can guarantee a specific rating, but I use proven strategies and medical knowledge to give you the best possible chance at maximizing your rating.

Yes, I handle supplemental claims and Higher-Level Reviews to help challenge denied or underrated decisions.

Return and Refund Policy

All services provided by Veteran Entitlement require a one time, non refundable fee due to the immediate time, strategy, and resources invested upon payment.


By purchasing services, you acknowledge that work begins the same day, including claim strategy development, record review, and preparation.


We offer a performance based guarantee. If, after all reasonable and applicable claim options have been fully exhausted, including supplemental claims, Higher Level Reviews, or other eligible filings, we are unable to achieve at least a 20% rating increase, you may be eligible for a full refund.


To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the client must:


  • Fully cooperate throughout the process
  • Attend all scheduled C&P examinations
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit all requested documentation in a timely manner

In addition, all claims must be fully closed with no increase awarded. Veteran Entitlement must review the final VA decision or denial letter to confirm that all claim options have been exhausted and that no qualifying increase was granted.

Failure to meet these requirements voids eligibility for any refund.


Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and must be submitted in writing. Veteran Entitlement reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the terms outlined above.
